Two Golds for Slitti at the International Chocolate Awards - World Final
Slitti has won two Golds and one Silver at the International Chocolate Awards 2012 World Final, which took place in London last October during Chocolate Week 2012. The World Final judged the best of the best amongs the chocolatiers, and Gold and Silver winners are choosen from over 600 products entered into the European and Americas Semi-finals and the Italian and Canadian national competitions.

Created to recognise the best fine quality chocolate from around the world, the International Chocolate Awards are designed to reflect international tastes and offer a level playing field for international entries. The judging panel is made up of experts, food journalists and pastry chefs from the host country, overseen by a Grand Jury who travel to each competition.

Transparency and fairness are key to the philosophy of the awards, which are overseen by independent committees of experts and entrants.

Andrea Slitti has won a Silver for the CaffèNero dark chocolate with coffee, and a Gold each for the CaffèLatte (milk chocolate with coffee) and the Riccosa milk chocolate spread with hazelnuts.
